In-Home Staging Consultation
All of our services begin with an in-person staging consultation at your home or property. This allows us to take a full assessment and understand your home before we propose any changes. We provide staging consultations across the greater St. Louis area (including St. Charles) and can do virtual consultations upon request.
During this in-home appointment, we’ll create a detailed, room-by-room staging checklist of everything you should do to put your best foot forward for potential buyers. Why is this so important? The saying goes, the devil is in the details, and your prospective buyer may pick up on the slightest, most subtle aspects of the home, which can often be overlooked. Our goal is to strike the perfect balance between the features of your home you want to highlight, while minimizing less flattering aspects to your prospective buyer.
What is included with my in-home staging consultation?
Your In-Home Staging Consultation includes a personalized, full-home analysis that addresses all of the items outlined below:
- Furniture placement and editing
- Color consultation
- De-cluttering and de-personalizing
- Optimization of overall flow
- Identification and highlighting of the home’s assets
- Identification and masking of the home’s deficits
- Recommendations for furniture and accessory replacements/enhancements
You will receive a full, written report with specific recommendations to allow you to present your home for sale in the most flattering light.
From there, we can schedule a date to stage your home, whether you will be staging a vacant home or owner-occupied property.
