A high-end condominium in the heart of Downtown Kirkwood. The problem was the furnishings and décor belonging to the owner who had lived there for 15 years, were slightly outdated. She was downsizing to a retirement community, so we recommended that she take everything out and let us start from scratch. The profile of the unit’s likely buyers was 50-60 years old, an empty-nester couple or a single tenant. Thus, our design was an updated look that leaned slightly toward traditional and high end. It sold in 5 days.
