This new construction is in a woody area of Festus, MO. It sat vacant and unsold for six months. The realtor brought us in to stage it, in the middle of winter. We chose a color scheme of deep navy blue and grays to give some warmth to the brushed nickel fixtures, pale grey walls, and deep gray/brown wood floors. We also brought in chrome and brushed silver tables, lamps & décor to add a little shine and brighten it up, since the house didn’t get much natural light. It sold the first weekend after we staged it.
