An elegant Ladue home built in the 1920s that offered a stunning and unique combination of original art deco era features and updated amenities. We felt that the owners furnishings and décor didn’t match or enhance either. Thus, it sat on the market, unsold, for two years. A new realtor brought us in to stage it. We took out 75 percent of the owners furnishings and implemented a design with upscale pieces, on-trend colors, and an overall look that highlighted the art deco architecture and terrazzo floors in a very modern and updated way. A full price offer was received in two months.
