Have you heard of the Gate District? Located adjacent to Lafayette Square, this neighborhood isn’t far from downtown St. Louis and boasts multiple charming, historic homes, including the one we staged below. While the home may have been originally built in 1908, you’d never tell from the transformation the previous owners (and our staging team) was able to put into place!
Below is a before and after of the staging process, where you can see how several key rooms were transformed to make them more appealing to potential homebuyers, whether that involved adding life to an empty room, or reducing noise from a room to let certain key elements take focus.
